Babysitting

If you have kids, then you know that finding a babysitter can be a major headache.  It can be hard to find someone that you can trust and it can get expensive (I've heard of some babysitters charging several dollars per child per hour.....that adds up fast).

So what do you do?

Do you have parents/grandparents/in-laws/close relatives/neighbors that would be willing to watch your children?  Most relatives will do it for free (or at least a lot cheaper than the going rate).

Another good idea would be to find a couple other families and trade off with them.  You watch their kids one night, and they'll watch your kids another.  This can be a great way to save money on babysitting, especially for those who don't have any relatives living nearby.
